You have 14 days after receipt to return your order if it does not suit you.
After this period, unfortunately no return or exchange can be accepted.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • unused,
  • in the same condition as when received,
  • and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within a few days.

⚠️ Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged but unworn.

Our bandanas are carefully crafted and designed to last. However, if your bandana shows a manufacturing defect or breaks within 30 days of receipt, please contact us at ursino.suisse@gmail.com.

What is Biothane®?
