Scope of application

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed in the Ursino online shop (www.ursino.ch).
By confirming an order, you accept these conditions.

 

Products and prices

  • The prices displayed at the time of order are valid.
  • Prices include Swiss VAT.
  • Shipping costs are specified during the order: free in Switzerland, CHF 4 for Europe.

 

Orders and payment

We accept several payment methods: credit card, PayPal, TWINT and other options offered at checkout.
Payment must be made before the order is shipped.

 

Delivery

  • Orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 2 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Delivery possible in Switzerland and Europe.
  • Parcels are sent without a tracking number.

 

Returns and exchanges

  • You have 14 days after receipt to return an item, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of our error.
  • Sale or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • In case of a manufacturing defect or if a bandana breaks abnormally quickly (within 30 days), contact us: we will offer you a free exchange.

 

Liability

We are not responsible for inappropriate use of products (e.g. chewing or accidental snagging).
Normal wear and tear does not entitle you to an exchange or refund.

 

Ownership

Products remain the property of Ursino until full payment is received.

Biothane®

What is Biothane®?

Biothane® is a coated synthetic webbing, designed to withstand all outdoor conditions. Unlike leather, which is animal-derived, or textile materials, it does not absorb water, mud, or odors — ideal for active dogs who go out in all weather.

 

Care

A simple wipe with a damp cloth is enough to clean it. No specific products are needed: Biothane® dries in seconds and never molds.

Stainless steel

What is stainless steel?

Care

A simple rinse with water is sufficient. Stainless steel requires no specific products and maintains its shiny appearance over time without special treatment.
